- 24-hour notice. All catering orders require a day's notice before pickup or delivery.
- Your spice level. Every dish is customised from mild to spicy to suit your taste.
- Fixed pricing. Appetizers and entrées cost the same regardless of tray size.
- Sides on request. Salads and accompaniments are available at an additional cost.
- One to unlimited. Choose from a single tray upwards, tailored to your guest count.

Additional charges apply for seafood, goat dishes, live food stations and delivery.
Applicable NJ sales tax and a 20% mandatory service charge are applied to all packages.
